2. Digital Bookings, Estimates, and Client Portals

Instant Quotes (Flashquotes): Pricing estimates generated automatically through our Flashquotes tool are dynamic, preliminary approximations based on the data you input (guest count, hours of service, etc.). They do not constitute a locked-in legal contract or a guarantee of date availability until formally reviewed, accepted, and counter-signed by us.
Client Management Portals (HoneyBook): In the future, or upon formal booking approval, you may be directed to a secure client portal (such as HoneyBook) to complete your custom catering contract, view timelines, and process secure digital invoices.
3. Booking Finalization & Catering Agreements
While our Website allows you to start the booking process, no event date is officially reserved or guaranteed until both of the following steps are completed:
A separate, legally binding Catering Service Contract is signed by both you (the Client) and an authorized representative of Buen Provecho Coffee & Co.
The required retainer/deposit has been paid in full and successfully processed.
The specific terms regarding final pricing, event minimums, gratuity, setup/breakdown windows, menu customization, and spatial/electrical requirements for our mobile cart will be governed strictly by that separate Catering Service Contract.
4. Cancellation, Postponement, & Refund Policies
Because mobile coffee catering requires meticulous ingredient ordering, staff scheduling, and blocks off our calendar from other potential clients, our baseline policies are as follows:
Retainers/Deposits: All initial retainers and booking deposits are non-refundable, as they secure a date on our calendar that prevents us from booking other business.
Event-Specific Rules: Exact deadlines for cancellations, final guest count adjustments, rescheduling rules due to inclement weather, or emergency postponements will be explicitly outlined in your final Catering Service Contract.
5. Intellectual Property
All content featured on this Website—including but not limited to the Buen Provecho Coffee & Co. name, logos, text, graphics, proprietary menu names, layout structures, and photography—is the exclusive property of Buen Provecho Coffee & Co. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
