Our Historia
Buen Provecho was born from memory, curiosity, and a deep love for gathering around coffee. I was born in Mexico City, where coffee meant long conversations, shared tables, and the quiet comfort of feeling at home.
As I grew older and traveled back often, I found myself chasing the best coffee wherever I went—always drawn to the most unexpected drink on the menu.
While great coffee can be found around the world, Buen Provecho exists to create something more meaningful: a place where heritage-inspired flavors, thoughtfully crafted coffee, and an experience that feels like walking into home come together—from my mesa to yours.
buen pro·be·cho
The name Buen Provecho means more than “enjoy your meal.” It’s a gesture from the heart—a soft te veo shared with a stranger at the next table, a sincere wish for well-being and connection.
In our culture, saying buen provecho is about more than food; it’s about presence, tradition, and cariño.
Here, each cup is a small piece of home—an abrazo calientito, a conversation among cuates, an invitation that says pásale, siéntate, and of course, buen provecho. In every sip, we celebrate who we are: flavor, roots, and community.
